Nova Wealth Path is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) financial management platform offering:
Platform Features
- Financial Dashboard: Personal and business financial overview

- Goal Setting: Financial goal creation and progress tracking
- Reporting: Financial reports and analytics
- Data Integration: Bank and account connection capabilities
Subscription Tiers
- Starter: Free tier with basic features
- Growth: Personal financial management tools
- Business: Business financial management features
- Enterprise: Advanced portfolio and business tools
Subscription Terms and Billing
Subscription Plans
- Free Tier (Starter): No payment required, limited features
- Paid Tiers: Monthly or annual billing options available
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Plan Changes: Both upgrades and downgrades are prorated with immediate effect
- Upgrades: You're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period
- Downgrades: You receive a prorated credit applied to your next invoice
- Changes apply immediately upon confirmation
Billing and Payment
- Payment due in advance for subscription periods
- Automatic billing on renewal date unless cancelled

- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Billing Notifications: We will send email notifications before billing and provide receipts after successful payments. You can view billing history in your account dashboard.
Price Changes
- We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
- Price changes apply to new billing cycles, not current subscriptions
- You may cancel before price changes take effect
- Grandfathered pricing may be available for existing subscribers
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Easy Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through your account settings

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- No cancellation fees or penalties
Refund Policy
- 7-Day Trial Period: Full refund available within 7 days of first paid subscription
- Service Issues: Refunds considered for significant service outages or technical problems
- Billing Errors: Immediate refund for incorrect charges or billing mistakes
- Plan Changes: Downgrades receive prorated credits (applied to future invoices), not cash refunds
- No Partial Refunds: No cash refunds for partial billing periods after the 7-day trial period
- Processing Time: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
User Responsibilities and Account Security
Account Management
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
Data Responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data you input
- Regularly backup important financial information
- Review and verify all data before making financial decisions
- Ensure you have rights to any data you upload to the platform
Service Availability and Platform Changes

- We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice
- Service credits may be provided for significant outages

- We regularly update the platform with new features and improvements
- Minor updates and bug fixes may occur without notice
- Major feature changes will be communicated to users

- Legacy features may be phased out with migration assistance
